  • Generate buzz for Lindor Chocolate truffles around the Christmas and Easter seasons in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, District of Columbia, New York and San Francisco
  • Mass sample Lindor Chocolate truffles

Strategies

  • Recruited and trained 150+ staff to serve as Master Chocolatiers and deliver brand messaging

  • Ensured temperature control of samples during storage, transport and execution
  • Developed special events throughout sampling program to enhance sampling experience, brand image and reach
