Challenge

  • Design and execute an awareness and loyalty campaign for Cablevision’s Optimum brand
  • Target/penetrate key competitive, suburban locations to showcase Optimum and their Triple Play Service within their NY/NJ footprint
  • Develop promotional materials and strategies to increase awareness among potential consumers and drive conversion to Triple Play/foster loyalty against existing consumers.

  • Provided extensive market research to identify key locations and impact times
  • Developed Optimum Triple Play Street Teams branded with Optimum hats, fleeces, and messenger bags
  • Leveraged market research with management and operational flexibility to insure highest possible penetration with targeted/guerilla marketing
  • Designed, created and distributed branded Optimum bottles of water, pens, t-shirts, and popcorn
  • Contracted with local establishments to provide Triple Play Coupon offers on behalf of Optimum
  • Provided sponsorship activation - sourcing and booking sponsorship for  relevant community events, activating with literature distribution and awareness/loyalty experiential marketing strategies
